It’s been so painfully clear for so long that he needed to go. Mike McCarthy and Jason Garrett don’t even manage to hang around for 60% of how long this clown has been here. I can’t think of any coach in any sport who overstayed his welcome by anywhere close to this long.

Nah,he has an out with these injuries which is valid.

Plus they have had a tough schedule. If Lamar is fine i expect them to start racking up some wins. But the whole problem with Harbough is that he gets outcoached by great coaches. So no matter what he does in the regular season,i would still have zero faith in him outcoaching a Andy Reid in the playoffs.

Is there anyone good out there? Shouldve made McDonald the HC instead of letting him leave :francis:

Flores?
At this point it doesn’t matter who replaces him if they fire him in season. He’s gotta go. That’s the most important thing. He has been their biggest hurdle since 2008.

They're not all great coaches though. Antonio Pierce was the HC of the Raiders in 2024 when they beat the Ravens. I'm sure other people can add on. My point is, Harbaugh coached teams make no in game adjustments and he consistently moves away from what works offensively.

On top of that, you got a GM in DeCosta who values defensive backs over pass rushers which is why they haven't produced a "home grown" pass rusher in years.

They've been on cruise control with Lamar since 2019. The team has no culture and a headcoach with a stail message.

Being a HC for the Ravens gotta be the only job where you don't have to make some form of improvement to keep your job. Either that, or he's being evaluated on something other than poor clock management, bad in game decisions and poor use of personnel.

I don’t think they’re gonna fire him in season but Orr is definitely gone by the bye at the latest

:beli: Been begging for the job since leaving New England
He was so plainly telling the ravens to hire him. Imagine what he’d do with this roster that Harbaugh has wasted the last 7 years. As soon as Ray and Ed retired/got forced out he turned into Jason Garrett. 1 afc title game appearance, 4 playoff wins, missed the playoffs 5 times, and needed 4-5 tiebreakers to avoid missing 5 years in a row over the last 12 years with a 13th on the way. He’s won multiple playoff games in just 2 of his 18 seasons (2008 and 2012). Of all sports, this is the one where a terrible coach hangs around more than a decade since any sort of meaningful accomplishment he can claim credit for. Meanwhile even the hoodie got fired just 3-4 years after winning his 6th Super Bowl with a single team.

I hear you,but like someone else stated. Who are you planning to hire that does as good in the regular season as Harbough. And has proven to have the Chiefs,Bills,Bengals number:francis:?

Only coach i would definitely take would be Tomlin. But its hard to judge if hes actually on the hotseat. Fans dont seem to be as gungho about firing him as ravens fans are about Harbough:mjlol:

And the next time I hear somebody say "Harbaugh is a great coach because he knows how to motivate his guys and is a great leader of men." Well, there was a man in Germany about 90 years ago that motivated his guys too. Doesn't make either one of them great leaders.
A famously bad tactician too :lolbron:

Ravens fans comparing Harbaugh to Hitler is ridiculous, even for this franchise
