This. I make sure I am hydrated well before I start drinking. Then I have a rule when I am out getting shyt faced. For every two or three drinks I get a water.

Cup of water after each drink/bottle of beer, and a blunt a couple hours before bed


Never been even slightly nauseous the next day

If u don't have weed u really need to drink more water both in general and when drinking if u still get hangovers
