Yeah, giving the fact that Em was on a downward spiral at this point, this is one of the few songs from Encore he didn’t mess up

Eminem is good at recognizing dope hooks to sample. The beats dont slap but the samples hit.



But to answer OP's question I would pick the 80s smash hit. Kim Carnes - Bette Davis Eyes.
