Add 1 more day and make it 4 day U/L splitgain train. Thinking of moving to 6 day PPL soon to fine tune my training

i want to try to appreciate a 9-5 schedule better than i have. work from home got me stretching the work day out.... waking up late, starting at 12, going to lunch for 2 hours, taking naps, then finally putting in sufficent amount of hours by late in the evening lol.

ima try to get my schedule on. lord knows i got other shyt to do
