Booker reminds me of Rubio. On paper he seems like the perfect candidate, but when he speaks you see right through him. Both Booker and Rubio have been compared to Obama but the comparison fails on every level outside of demographics/identity. People liked Obama. A lot. They still do. His performances demanded attention during rhe 2008 race. He had strong positions and convictions, including the most important of that time (opposing the Iraq war).
Booker has none of that. He comes off like some corny dude who snuck into the party and is explaining IPA beers while everyone is slamming down Miller Lites.
