You have to go in knowing that the kid is playing young Ryan Reynolds against actual Ryan Reynolds. If he annoys you then the double dose will make you hate the movie. I'm not bothered by him so I was able to enjoy the story of the paradox of the time travel story.

Yo that de-aged villain CGI was ao bad.
Kid was annoying, but one of the best "young version actor" that's not actually related to the actor.
