The man who freed Mexico was supposedly half black. I believe his name was Vincent Guerrero.
I remember on the news about a year ago when they had that mass crossing and let Hella arabs or white folks got through I think. It was some race but then thousands of black people came through and they brought out horses and beat them with whips.
