The book came out in the 90s. A movie/series has been in the works for a long time and it's finally coming to fruition. If they do the story justice, this will be a great show. I couldn't put the book down when I read it (the sequel might be even better).

They've been flooding advertisements for this lately. Must feel pretty confident about how this turned out.

This show is great. I guess it is somewhat historically accurate as well, Teddy Roosevelt was NYC police commissioner at that time. The blonde can't act for shyt though.

Damn shame that breh from The Wire is the Butler and has almost no dialogue.

Apparently it is going to be miniseries only.

:ehh: This got potential. It ain't quite Hannibal/The Knick/Mindhunter so far, but it's definitely solid.

Also, I had no fukking idea Roosevelt was the police commissioner. That shyt was not in my school textbook. :gucci:
