A lot of it also comes down to black creatives. There are a ton of black female and gay male writers, directors and producers who include it in their shows.

Just stand back and look at all the black shows and whose behind them in creative. There is a very big audience of mostly women who eat this up. Take a look at the swirlers on twitter. Who fangirl out at some of the couplings.

They know there is a market there.
