The amount of young black men with kids is really sad.

So I work as a chemical engineer at this chemical factory. We have a warehouse department and it’s mostly physical labour with poor pay and high staff turnover. Majority of the staff there are young black men, mostly from 21-28. One thing I noticed talking to most of them( we all have lunch in the same canteen, warehouse and non warehouse) is that most of these young nikkas have kids. One started on Monday, only 21 and he’s got 2 kids, one is 6months:gucci:

This job they do is very hard and the pay is rubbish. i was talking to the 21yr old yesterday and I said to him at your age you should be focusing on yourself, enjoying life, saving money and having kids when you’re actually ready. He wouldn’t have it, telling me the kids are a blessing :mjlol:

funny thing most of my engineering colleagues at the company, majority white and around my age, early 30s none of us have kids. We talk about video games, travelling, movies, women etc. And we wonder why the white- black wealth gap keeps growing. None of these nikkas are going to build any wealth, and their kids will grow up in poverty, go to poor schools and in 20yrs time they would be working at the warehouse again. Why?

Under 40, nearly 60% of black men are childless.... under 30, we are above it.... What you're seeing is the impact of having 80% of black boys not being able to read... also a culture that places girls over boys... and rampant black male misandry..... all these things impact black men/boys....

Above the fray.
Young dudes are working and supporting their families.
A bit too late to be lecturing him about what he could/should be doing at 21.

If there's an opening for him to move up, and you think he's cut out for it....by all means try to hook him up.
If he asks you for advice as an older Black man, by all means share your knowledge/experience, but lecturing co-workers is not it.
In my opinion.

TBH this isn't nothing new but its a thing now in days to fukk women raw and nut in them with no condoms or BC. I think the fact that AIDS/HIC isn't as deadly to people in 2022 and the absence of talking to your kids about sex is where we at now.

It's like over 5 billion people on the planet and the legacy shyt is played out, I'm cool off having kids. But honestly the main cause of this is weak (or lack of) pullout game, it's not that deep.

There is a chance your children and descendants could marry white and that is the end of your legacy genetically speaking...
