The amount of young black men with kids is really sad.

Your concern is legit but you are forgetting one thing. They are working. They can leave that poor paying job you mention and do some illegal shyt.So I work as a chemical engineer at this chemical factory. We have a warehouse department and it’s mostly physical labour with poor pay and high staff turnover. Majority of the staff there are young black men, mostly from 21-28. One thing I noticed talking to most of them( we all have lunch in the same canteen, warehouse and non warehouse) is that most of these young nikkas have kids. One started on Monday, only 21 and he’s got 2 kids, one is 6months
This job they do is very hard and the pay is rubbish. i was talking to the 21yr old yesterday and I said to him at your age you should be focusing on yourself, enjoying life, saving money and having kids when you’re actually ready. He wouldn’t have it, telling me the kids are a blessing
funny thing most of my engineering colleagues at the company, majority white and around my age, early 30s none of us have kids. We talk about video games, travelling, movies, women etc. And we wonder why the white- black wealth gap keeps growing. None of these nikkas are going to build any wealth, and their kids will grow up in poverty, go to poor schools and in 20yrs time they would be working at the warehouse again. Why?

There is no real way to measure the percentage of men with kids since men don’t give birth and we don’t have a national paternity registry like we have social security numbers assigned at live birth linking the mother to a child in 100% of cases.
I dapped whoever said men over a certain age with no kids is a red flag. Sure, he may not have “found the right one” but that also means a lot of women probably werent checking for you either.
Regarding the young men that OP works with at least they are working and trying to support their kids. If they were scholars they’d be in the big house with you and the whites/Asians.

Did you really say that the young brothers not goin be shyt cause they work and start families early while you and your white colleagues talk about video games and shyt...
He gone be 40 yrs old with grown kids, 20 yrs of work experience and ready to enjoy the fruits of his labor as a grown established man...

So if presented with the choice of two men over 30 one with kids and one without, the one with kids is the greener flag?

We need cities to be populated, the real problem is too many brehs and brehettes filling up dead end jobs. I want more folk in our communities to have a modest median income at least. Scathing by with a 12 hour per shift dead end job ain’t the wave.
