I think that he uses the same techniques he did when he was younger which is say it and it will happen
the problem is though this time there's a lot of different factors
with all of his past accomplishments he just had to make sure he was talented and meet the right people
with companies and acquisitions there's so much back and forth, racism, and other factors that you can't control that get in the way.
