These women will post their bare ass on social media and be perfectly OK with men gawking at them, passing their phones around the office like "Hey fellas, look at this fitness hoe" as long as they hit the follow & like button.

But if they're at the gym with their extra small spandex shorts jammed up their backside and bending over for the world to see, and a man sneaks a peak of her reflection off 3 mirrors on some Bruce Lee in the final scene of Enter The Dragon, all hell breaks loose and she's being violated.

It's because men are forced to build character and strength in order to make ourselves valuable. Obviously there are women with thise things, but there is less pressure on women to develop those characteristics because they are used to being objectified and wanted and getting free attention.

Bruh the "Reverse hack Squat" does not focus on your hamstring that's what the normal hack squat was invented for. Instead it targets all your lower leg muscles quad, glute, hams, and calves. You know what else does that a regular barbell squat:skip:

Do a squat on your tipping toes and feel the difference (trouble engaging quads, hamstring dominance). Next try a squat with your back against a wall (cuts out the need for stabilisation hams/glutes, they don't engage as much, quad heavy).

Hack squats are good for people with back problems or for going into depths they ordinarily can't.

Barbell squats are the shyt and you don't really gotta mess with machines like that but they do accomplish some shyt if you're into it. This the type of shyt for real bodybuilders to hit the legs from different angles for that extra cut or pop. Lot of normal gyms don't even have the machine. shyt some hack squat machines actually have the pads specifically to do them reverse. In the pic the diagonal part of the pad is where you go to do it in reverse.

The hack squat machine in the corner at our big gym is meant to be done facing the plates (in reverse). Nobody ever does it the other way, and if they did, they'd have the footplate sloping down (i.e. on a decline).
