If they're sending anyone else out it should only be Temple, Snell, or mayybe Graham; Nance is good, gives us some positional versatility in hypothetical playoff scenarios where someone like Jonas is getting played off the floor by an opposing PnR, and is on a dirt cheap contract. Griff finally made a good move, this fool better not fukk it up trying to do too much now. :stopitslime:
Graham and CJ feels very redundant together.

Graham and CJ feels very unplayable together.

Fixed that for you, that is an unsalvageable backcourt defensively. Would be Dame and CJ all over again but 100x worse in every way. :scust: Not to mention Jose been outplaying him for weeks and we all know Zion and BI are the top playmakers on the team anyway. Either Devonte moves to a permanent 6th man/backup point role or he gets shipped out. Seeing some of those idiot Pels bloggers hoping it's Nance and ANOTHER first for Kevin Huerter, no fukking thanks. Why did you even trade for CJ then... :snoop:

CJ not worth a high draft pick at this point even with all the dead weight we getting rid of. Sit Zion get his ass on the LeBron plan run it back next year

Take this Danny Ainge shyt elsewhere.

I'm tired of this stackpiling picks garbage. Look at OKC, look at BOS. The shyt doesn't work. OKC could be the same team if they didn't try to get a million picks.

I don't want to be that team, anymore.

But we was never that team. We never tanked. We never was a top 5 worst record in the NBA in almost 20 years. We sucked because we was mediocre. We are mediocre, because we couldn't bring in elite talent and refused to tank. GSW tanked and it benefited them greatly, because they did it right. We had one good ass team since Chris Paul and that was 2018.

I like this trade a lot. So, I'm happy.

Definitely could see us unload that war chest in the summer for Fox.
Fox is a timeline fit for sure but idk if he’d fit with the core guys

I would like to see them go after someone like Brogdon if the muhfukka wasn’t so injury prone. But this whole damn team is already injury prone as is

Brogdon could fit easier to match salary, but I think a lot of teams are done with his injury prone issues. Pacers would have to sell low for him.

The lineup as of right now will be either Graham-CJ-BI-Herb-Jonas or CJ-BI-Herb-Jax-Jonas depending on how much faith Willie has in Jax to keep up his recent play since moving to the 4. When Zion comes back it'll definitely be CJ-BI-Zion-Herb-Jonas. I don't want to speak on backups cause one guy in our local media thinks the deal may not be done and a 3rd team could get roped in which would shake up how the reserves will look.

The "plan" is to make the play-in and in turn the playoffs as well, this year specifically at the Lakers expense hopefully, because we own their pick if it falls in the top 10 this year. Making the playoffs over them means we most likely get their pick while conveying a non-lottery pick to Charlotte instead of a lottery one to Portland. I think this offseason and going into next year we don't make any radical changes unless we overachieve in the offs and/or someone big like a KAT/Donovan Mitchell becomes available; we'll offer Zion his max and probably keep Jax on the last year of his rookie deal and have him test RFA. In the 2023 offseason CJ becomes a $30 million expiring contract and Zion's max will kick in for the following season; THAT'S the year we consolidate all the remaining Bucks/Lakers picks and move all that money along with some mix of TM3/Kira/Jax while they're still cheap and go after the last part of our "Big 3".

I get we're in a weak era for Big Men, but, why did it take this long to move his skinny, bad defense IQ having ass to the 4? :mindblown:

Man we were suffering through ~20+ mins of Garrett Temple every night until not too long ago, I'ma chalk it all up to "just first time head coach things" and move along :skip:

Zion can play the 3??

FO has said they envision him and BI both moving down a spot to the 3 and 2 respectively in the long term. On offense at least, on defense poor Herb Jones is the 2, 3, and 4 all at the same time the way we play right now. :pachaha:

...Until we trade for Benamin Simmons that is. :mjlit::troll:(this guy isn't a real source)
