Cutler has all the tools but he just doesn't get it or doesn't seem to care. He should be a top tier QB and is getting paid like it. And while his stats usually look good at the end of the year they don't tell the story at all. Sometimes it seems as if he doesn't give a damn if they lose or not. And if you are the highest paid player in the NFL you are supposed to perform as such. They probably wont get rid of him after this season though. Instead they'll probably fire Trestman and bring in someone that they hope can motivate Jay. And when that doesn't work then maybe they will realize that he will just never make that leap to the next level that he seems capable of.

People in here are right. It isn't just Cutler. Our defense gives up like 80 points per game thinks season.
But it doesn't take away the fact that Jay is a chosen interception machine. Does he not like to throw the ball away during danger?
