Wilt Chamberlain
Basically since the Shaq/Kobe three repeat, i think that maybe even more than 12 years now.
To me though, no question top 3 is
1. Celtics 2008
2. Lakers '09
3. Spurs '05
Heat had some great teams but their best season happened during a lockout year. 07 Spurs were great too but I think 05 was when the Manu/Duncan/Parker trio really dominated.
'08 Celtics was the OG Super team. There was never much doubt that they would win that year even when the Hawks took them to 7
And I'm a Kobe hater but that 09 team
The chemistry between Pau and pre-crack Lamar.
Kobe actually deferred to teammates and played within sets. This was probably the best offensive team I've seen in this period outside the 05' Suns but the Laker team was at least decent on D unlike Phoenix
So that's my top 3.
If the Warriors win the chip, they gonna be up there too. The way they've played this year combined with the age of their core players. I wouldn't be surprised if they win a couple more. As long as Dray sticks around and Bogut is relatively healthy
