This was a good back and forth. Dominican buddy was wrong expecially on the Haitian Revolution . He made it seem like the revolution was an all lives matter type of thing. It was black enslaved people who revolted and allowed non black people (indentured servants) join them in the fight. I assume his beliefs are a product of white washed history. I agree with Jason that ultimately the Spanish won because they formulated the mind of dominicans and other hispanics to this day.

Overall I dont think the dominican was hateful or even a dominic00n. He agrees that black people built this country and deserve reparations but he has the all lives matter type of mentality. Hes just wrong. Just my 2 cents
