And is this a playbook because they anticipate black people not maintaining adequate governing levels or is it the play from the get go?
What happens if Detroit, for example, while losing much of the manufacturing that led to its economic growth when white people were there, came up with new developments to at least keep the city at adequate levels instead of letting the whole city go to hell?
You can talk about the white man "sabotaging" all you want to, but why haven't those in black cities taken the measures to ensuring that the white man's aggression is at most mitigated and at least :

He's correct which is why it grates my nerve to hear negros act like marriage is the issue in our communities and then compare our community to others who don't have a system working against them.
