The black community is gonna run out of teachers who want to teach the way shyt is urrently going. I agree but it’s not top priority.

I did have good math teachers tho. Maybe it’s cause I mostly took Honors/AP courses.

@LShedged

Here's your platform. Break it down for the brethren.

Break what down. Plus that isn't my job anymore.

There is a solution but it needs government backing or a non profit to help. It would cost a lot of money but it can be done.

Mothers and fathers who are having children need to be talked to in their second trimester of having a child and told the science of children from 1 to 5.

If brother and sisters knew they would honestly do better at raising children. If they actual knew the science behind raising a child. When mothers are in their second trimester they would be given the information and as well go into a kindergarten for a visit. This with the new knowledge would force them to get ready to get prepared for school in all aspects of academic performance. Kids not ready for kindergarten have lost already.

Once they know what is required from teachers in kindergarten before they go in, they would have a plan and get their kids better ready for kindergarden. The focus on say Math per say at a real young age would be start, counting numbers as an introduction would be a great start. Children as young as 6 months need to be introduced to numbers. Kids between 1 to 5 need helps from parents and then need to exposed to numbers at a young age. Even if they don't full understand the concepts of number. The more your exposed to numbers at an early age the better one is able to do math. Also it would be best to stay away from any kindergarten that doesn't have a math based program. Kindergartens that require kids to only play are killing their math abilities that have been started by their parents.

I'll write more later and fix this up later.

Even the word math makes me nervous lmfao.
Breh.
Math in elementary to high school jaded me. It made me scared of math. I would refuse to do difficult computations in my head, I was scared of math. Literally afraid.

Then when I went to Uni, I decided to upgrade, start from scratch, I knew I needed to be proficient at math, starting from Grade 10 math. I suppose it's because the place I go to has amazing teachers but I got a 98% or something whereas back at in grade 10 I damn near failed. So then I progressively moved on to higher level calc courses and now hearing shyt like derivatives, optimization and integral, no longer scare me, it's doable.

It was because I was lazy, not stupid. Most people can do math, you just need to put time in.

Lol, Now I like math. I put some headphones on and do it to relax.
Recently, in my dreams, I've been doing derivatives if you can believe that.

Humble yourself, find where you got lost and start from there. You will get it. Math is a wonderful thing.

Look at videos from mathbff (she's kind of attractive so you'll go back for more videos). She makes things super simple.

Another YouTuber I would recommend is Organic Chemistry Tutor. His videos are longer but still relatively simple, gives plenty of examples.

Laziness and an unwillingness to actually do the math was my problem, it might be yours too.
