None of them is fake or an “actor”.

They're real groups that follow different philosophies, but they all owe their existence to the OG Black Panthers.

There's more than two Black Panther parties.

There's the Revolutionary (RGB) Black Panther Party, the New Black Panther Party, among other factions, and the OG Black Panther Party for Self Defense, created by Huey P. Newton, Bobby Seal, etc.

The Black Panther Party for Self Defense is the REAL one, although the aforementioned ones have taken certain philosophies of the first group and added some of their beliefs, etc.

I think some of you don't truly understand the Black Panther Party's ideology and/or only paid attention to certain aspects and imagery you liked but never delved deeper into the mentally of the group, for example, yes, first and foremost, the party's main concern is and has always been Black people and the Black community in general, with Black Power being their defining message but they're deeper than just that overall.

Fred Hampton, Huey P. Newton, etc., believed in a rainbow coalition perspective, in oppressed people fighting back against the systematic oppression, the Black Panthers had allies and connections from all races, and not to mention even overseas with certain Japanese, Soviet Union, Cuban, etc leaders.

Historically, politically, and socially speaking, they've been a Marxist–Leninist/far-left type of group.

Those proud boys, groypers and little WS incels in ice would be anxious to slaughter black people if they knew they could get away with it so I don't want to see us on the front lines even though I would have helped that door dash lady and no way I would have gave her up and if I see one trying to get away I'll definitely help them escape since they don't seem like they're giving chase too often, but us being out there in numbers I don't think it would be smart.

Ultimately, black people have already been protesting here and there, just not in mass or large groups like that. We also have been doing it in different ways like in court, voting booths, platforms, etc.

But some have already been protecting their own communities. We shouldn’t be the main ones out there protesting because we were the main ones who voted correctly percentage wise.

I'll repeat something I've said on here before, my paternal grandma, who is still living, was a Panther, born in San Francisco (Fillmore); grew up in East Oakland (Sobrante Park, Havenscourt), and was part of the OG commune that established the Sacramento chapter (Oak Park) in the 70s.

She still attends Panther alumni functions in both Sacramento and Oakland, so I'm interested on if she has thoughts on this. I'm gonna see if I can get her on the phone this weekend.

I don't personally buy this guy, but again I don't follow these groups or trends so I'll wait on further comment.

The party was black hipsters that were community defense which is why I don't technically disagree....I just don't agree with defending their stupidity.
