Just over the past year on LinkedIn I’ve seen so many highly credentialed and successful black people getting laid off and unemployed for extended periods. Now with affirmative action eliminated they are even removing the small pipeline we had to these top jobs. Jim Crow 2.0 is here.

We’re definitely under attack, but saying it’s eliminated makes this seem too permanent. American Brexit is failing on all levels except the wealthiest And a top heavy system can’t last.

However, we as a people definitely do need to make long term adjustments based on all of this. What we’re seeing now is the results of us being too dependent on the system based on the access we we’re provided.
