I understand your thought process. But at the same time, you cannot be afraid of such people. I am a huge advocate for black people arming themselves. They’re not gods. They can die too. Are you going to allow anyone to intimidate you in your country? This is your country too, you know. The one literally built on the back of our ancestors. I’ll shoot anyone in the face telling me some nonsense about getting out of a sundown town.

Population numbers, brehs and brehettes. You really want to be outarmed and outnumbered on a regular basis? There only a very few brothas, and an army of CACs in those small towns that control every aspect of life there like law enforcement, courts, businesses, and the like. A handful of guns you personally own is literally no match for a whole poloce force.

So no, I do not advise brehs to live in rural sundown towns where no infrastructure, no good quality of life, and no jobs are in place for a stable middle class life in a 1st world country.

The housing talking point is undermined by the facts that a) the Black community is concentrated in a handful of metro areas b) those metro areas tend to have more expensive and competitive housing markets.
And so with large random sampling data like this you miss out on the nuance. That's not to say random sampling in regards to racial/class doesn't have any value, but stratified sampling taking metro areas into consideration (which is more difficult but more accurate) would give a clearer picture.

Means black folks need to migrate out of these high cost of living metro areas, and buy land and property in the rural areas. Which likely is cheaper cost of living anyway.
