Now who else wanna fukk with Hollywood Court?
Watching the league today I couldn't help but notice that we're missing the highlight reel PF that posterizes everyone in their path. The last of the old gawds retired in Amare, and there has been a void left in his wake, where is the PF that just bangs on 3 people?

These dudes all occupied the league at the same time -

Kenyon Ma..Ma...Maaaa....Maarrttt......Martin

Antonio McDyess

Stromile Swift

Amare Stoudemire

They all followed in the footsteps of Larry Nance, Darryl Dawkins and Shawn Kemp.

We're getting Centers back in the league, but the super aggressive 6'10" PF seems to have vanished. Who are the young ones, Marques Chris? Larry Nance and Richaun Holmes (He's probably the closest to the elders)? With how centered around Pick and roll the game has become I would have thought we'd see more guys excelling at the fine art of posterizing people.

I'm a W's fan but still...

No love for Blake? :ld:

He's not dunking like he used to, he's not even top 20 in dunks this year and has been on a downward trend for the last couple seasons.

Holmes has almost as many dunks despite playing a fraction of the time. Amare used to be near the top of the league in total dunks, he was banging on people left and right.

Threes doesn't stop Kristaps from dunking on people, he's not really a high flyer though.
What I mean is of are required to stretch the floor.. back then they were required to post and get in the paint...

Around Rashard Lewis the game changed and since.. their is more values to shooting threes..

kristap is 7'2... he a center playing forward

Kristaps is a PF right now, maybe in the future he'll be a center but he's currently not strong enough to play full time at the 5.

I guess blake Griffen doesn't exists . .:ehh:

I didn't forget him, he's just not finishing over and through people and hasn't for a while, not like this -

Agree with one slight problem with what u said ...

How many of those people u named ..were still doin that constantly in the reg season (not just 3 ,4 highlights a year) after they've been in the league for 8 years ?

Blake decided he wanted along career instead of bashing on everyone he can every game ..

Js.. he could if he wanted to ..

Kenyon, Stromile and Amare were dunking late in their careers :yeshrug:

McDyess had knee problems, but those 3 were still out there baptizing dudes at the 8 year mark.

Miles turner?

He's a 5, if we're talking young centers Clint Capela is the dunk king of the new generation.
