i watched this movie as a kid. i thought ALL white men beat their wives after that...
my aunt was/is married to a white man and everytime i would go over there and he would raise his voice, i would be like

chick hits on dude at a party because he's older and is smoking a cig. they hit it off and start dating and she won't give up the puss. she wants to wait until marriage
. so he tells her that he wants to marry her (obviously to get the puss). she falls for it and gives him the puss. he actually still marries the broad. after marriage, he started becoming possessive and hitting her/pushing her around. her mother told her to take her ass back and support her man. her mother in law told her the same. so she did. the hits and pushing turned into full fledged ass whoopins. she took it throughout the years until she got fed up and lit his ass on fire while he was sleep and skated out with the kids. the movie is a flashback because she is on trial for the murder. she is aquitted in the end.
