Basketball is a team sport, he’s overrated cause the team is good. Say, like a Chauncey billups 04.

Coaching, team dynamics, defense, clutch playoff genes in many guys etc is what makes that team good. And of course he’s the icing on the cake. But cats love to attribute everything to the one player, that’s how you become overrated.

At least the Hawks made it to the Conference Finals. No one on the planet thought they would beat the Cavs so they actually reached their potential.

Fraudulent team of the season.

Had a guaranteed 2nd spot in the east and they kept trying to win more games instead of resting their guys. So they resorted to spamming threes in 2nd round to probably save some energy + playing through various injuries that some of them might have been avoided if they did more resting.

And most importantly they are soft as hell. Regular season don't mean much these days. You can get to the finals from 1st or 4th seed. Mavs a year ago went from a damn 5th seed. It's all about what physical and mental condition you're heading to the playoffs. That shocking game 1 loss fukked them up mentally for entire series.
