Lotta threads of value in that section that have gone unnoticed, would be much better served being under the Higher Learning banner

Why not.
Could fit in both IMO. Tutorials and threads asking for help are good under HL and showcasing / random art threads are good under the Arcadium. I'm kinda disappointed that there aren't many threads created a day because I don't know where this subforum leans to. I tried to push the arty stuff in the beginning but there wasn't many followings so I kinda stopped... I say it's best to let the Chop Shop in the Arcadium for now and maybe move it to HL if there are more interesting threads.
I agree there are good threads but the audience is too small or not loud enough unfortunately. I will try to give another push and make this sub more live because I was kinda busy lately and didn't properly "mod" it.
I say leave it as is for now and see if it picks up. If not we can revisit the idea at a later time. I'll try to be more active as well

I think the issue with traffic is that no one knows its there. I thought it was a sub forum about cars until i went to search for the stanford Compsci thread and it was there then i realized a lot of the higher learning threads i had been looking for was under there as well.
