The chorus on Eminem's "The Way I Am" and "Say What You Say" are awfully similar

Maybe at worst its because he re uses the same wording in each chorus (I'am whatever u say I'am if it wasnt then why would I say I'am v say what you say when you where saying it). Melody wise theyre not the same and even if, theyres been much worse crimes against hip hops then 2 hooks being abstractedly similar.
