They rushed Doggystyle out too to get it in stores by Thanksgiving, there were rumors started by Suge that Daz did the second half of Doggystyle cause Dre was taking too long. Crazy to think that album could have been even better

I know Daz did the voice work for the devil on Murder Was The Case.
Spin magazine interviewed them back in the day when they were working on the album and it's mentioned

Naw, that was Daz.
At the time when this interview was being done, the writer got the chance to be in the studio w/ them while they were recording it.
He even writes about Daz doing that part in the article.

It was a different grind back then...Dre was a beast between 88 and 96.
Back then you could expect a project every year...every 2 at the latest from great artists

my original tapes of Doggystyle had G'z Up Hoe'z Down on it........i love'd that shyt
