Unlimited "4G" with T-Mobile (or Sprint if you are lucky) and this. They can't stop you...they wont be able to tell you are on another device...so they cant charge you for the mobile hotspot feature...you get the idea

I want it and would pay about $250 for one.

Anything higher than that you might as well just buy a cheap laptop.
