Doggfather was just mid. No real highs and no real lows and Snoop was just kind of coastin and his energy was non existent.

Da Game was a step up because Snoop was more energized and there are a handful of good tracks, but like you said the lows are really low. But after that album I thought Snoop was gone.

But then he came back with NLTD. That album is incredibly dope from start to finish. And after that his next few albums were dope too.

The next album/season the really put the proper producers/players to properly fill out the roster, most suited to the strengths of that rapper.

NLTD is an album that had a few west coast producers on there to give that west coast vibe. It is still my 2nd favorite snoop album.

Doggfather gets unfairly hated on. Soopafly, Pooh and LT did their thing on there. I think it’s mid flow wise and lyrically cause DOC wasn’t around to ghost
