What is your overall thoughts, advice, and quips about your area?

Here is some discussion about ATL:

if you grinding Great in NY, then continue your grind because NYC is the greatest. there is nothing like it. I say if you are doing well there then do well there. if you are doing VERY well then Stay in NYC and parlay to ATL every few months and make money out here in atl in other personal investment ventures. That is unless you can manage to snag a decent job down here, The hustle is real, and the cost adjustments make ATL just a little bit cheaper then NYC, but don't trip like it isn't a major city. Tariq got sold out shows for HC4 in 3 showings. People got/ getting paper out here, but you do got to be intuitive, and trendsetting to make moves out here, cause people are also REALLY STRUGGLING. it's a major city after all..
