Hi, my real name is Ernie Grunsfeld. I have meticulously put together a core group of players I believe will bring a title back to the DMV. Most believe we are a DeMarcus trade away from the promised land I feel the talent we have assembled can turn a corner in a similar fashion as golden state did. Nobody felt golden state was that good until they became that good.

Washington is on everyone's radar as a team that could have next, if in fact they can do a golden state impression. Can they? The only knock today is they losing to teams they shouldn't. Championship teams don't do such a thing . That's a line that is very popular amongst LOSING FANBASES championship teams routinely lose to sorry teams. Everytime a team is on a big win streak they lose to a sorry team. In the case of the wizards, lesser teams get up for us, but we not really tripping The wizards fanbase doesn't understand this because they have a losing mentality, That's all they know so they can't help it

The real best teams in the league record wise have all lost to the bottom teams of this league, and most haven't done as well as the wizards have vs winning teams You would think that would be a better barometer to use to judge how elite a team is, if they have what it takes to be contenders in this league. But I guess that's not it. When you sweep Dallas is when you finally arrived

last 4 games we are 3-1 with wins over Boston in Boston, Houston with CP3, Chicago who was streaking while losing in Atlanta. But the Atlanta loss seems to register more

Why trade for DeMarcus when he's coming without having to New York gave up players for Carmello when they didn't have to and that cost them potentially a championship. That entire experiment was DOA because of the trade, let's be rationale as well as smart about this. If they want Mahimni and Frazier back then it'll go down. Otherwise that same trade will happen next year.

I don't care if it don't happen because our core is good enough as is. They have to evolve, fukk cousins, If we don't get better it's all for nothing. We get better and DeMarcus coming Because he wants a title. He'll be our KD basically, great player chasing a title.

That's what's going on here, and our record against the best teams proves my point. We legit right now, and only Cleveland is competition. They will be food too tho

Not worried at all about them honestly. Toronto isn't even on the radar, honestly. Who else besides Cleveland who is still the oldest team in the league, wizards the fastest, not a good matchup. LeBron looked winded in the series vs goldenstate who play a similar paced style. These truths don't get factored in by the masses when making predictions about possible future series matchups.
