I have a basic cooking set up: Big skillet, baking tray, big pot, and a little pot.
Chicken drumsticks are your friend. They're not very expensive and they make a good healthy meal (depending on how you cook them)
What I've been doing a lot is seasoning a couple of chicken drumsticks with Shake and Bake, baking it on foil for like 45 minutes, and make some rice with it. I add some broccoli with it too sometimes, makes you fuller. Good meal and not too unhealthy.
That's not a drumstick in the pic, but you get the idea...
