What are your thoughts on designer belts?

My wife will occasionally pick up a wallet or belt for me and I sometimes find it difficult to fit the belts in with much of my wardrobe. My style is more subdued and refined (for the most part) and the buckles stand out and feel like they don't mesh. The belts are dope so I'm not trying to get rid of them, just asking ideas.

I'm in your camp, style should be subdued and refined, not showy and gaudy.

But women tend to be attention seeking.

I was looking into Pitti Uomo and was trying to figure out an all inclusive trip around this time for us to enjoy ourselves and for me to check this out.

Nothing shaking this year so I'm gonna shoot for next year.

It's weird how you never get around to shopping at certain stores.
My whole life I've never once bought anything at J Crew.

Not like it's an amazing store. I'm sure they're solid. I just haven't shopped there.

I mean I'm a bit limited because I'm 6'4, so often I have to pass on certain brands for clothes or shoes.
Like, I don't even bother looking at Uniqlo. That japanese sizing...I already know the deal. Plus I think their whole steez is basic shyt like T-shirts. I could be wrong but in my mind Uniqlo is just Asian version of clothes you find at Target. I feel like their clothes would be the same.

Yeah J crew make nice stuff. But their sizing is limited for larger or taller men.

Why these dudes always lying?

Why can’t people just give style advice without acting like “this is how you get girls”??

Yeah if you dress well people will notice.
But there are no rules like “these clothes get you bytches”

The same way men wear cologne…and even if you smell good nobody is ever gonna say shyt.

Just picked up these Bonobos Olive Italian Wool Donegal trousers. The weight, the drape and the fit are all :ohlawd:. Fall awaits...
