This is an easy answer, but the path to that answer is treacherous. You see, for pretty much everything these days we have people that act like groupies towards a team, a product, literally anything. So in dealing with all of that, you also have to account for those types having opinions and say in things like "Power Rankings" or any poll for that matter. There is nothing in place to erase those votes, so you have to be able to filter out the bullshyt. SOHH.. which fanbase has the most bullshyt with them? Which fanbase is the most delusional?
Lakers fanbase was that for a while saying shyt like Hobe is better than MJ
I'm not gonna fault them for having hope that Kobe wasn't over the hill. Ol' Mitch Richmond ass nikka is thru doe 
The Bulls fanbase was mad delusional over the last few years, but have been humbled thoroughly
And other fanbases deserve honorable mentions, but lets not give those dudes too much shine
For its time to reveal the most delusional fanbase on The Coli in 2015 (thus far)
This media created dynasty that goes 8-8 nine out of every ten seasons, is somehow supposed to still go 8-8 when every KEY player on offense (and some on defense) are out for half the season. Does anybody really believe that Dallas can survive without Romo and Dez & DeMarco & Bill Callahan for 8+ games and still be a playoff team
Is Romo supposed to go 8-0, Then Weeden/Cassel with a week learning the offense without Dez can win a single game let alone 2 or 3? Here are the next 8 games.

I get it, if you had Romo and Dez you could feel good about half of those games, a battle the other four. 5-3 or better would be the goal
Without Romo and Dez.. How can you put yourself over any of those teams? Weeden over Brees in the NO?
