Great stuff. Ed will always be the man to me (pun intended). Grew up on him, and glad he's got a syndicated gig in ATL now.
Great point by him about Elvis Duran still being on the air targeting the pop audience at 50+, but he can't in hip hop...especially when he's been around since it really hit mainstream, and owns a big piece of it. He's great at what he does. I guess a big reason is that he was making $800K a year like he said, but also could just be that the hip hop stations probably aren't making the returns a station like z100 is either.
I used to listen to his show on Sirius in the car, and was wondering why it wasn't on anymore.
