It's not hard, I can do it for a max of 2-3 months when dropping lbs to meet a specific weight goal.

The trick is to flavour your food with
umami which is the main flavour component for meat products which is why it's hard to give it up. A good substitute is to add that
umami taste to your foods which can be achieved by adding any one or a combination of the three ingredients to replace meat:
- Fish Sauce (Don't buy the cheapest shyt you can find, reputable brands are necessary for this ingredient so do your Googles -- I fux wit Red Boat 40°N or the more affordable Tiparos)
- MSG (Any brand will do as it is just a chemical reaction the same as salt. Sometimes MSG is called Chinese Salt -- It's not evil it's just sodium, yes the same stuff that's in salt just a different chemical composition so don't overdo it with the MSG then add salt also as you'll obviously be over-consuming too much sodium which isn't healthy.)
- Oyster Sauce (I fux wit Lee Kum Kee Premium Oyster Sauce -- This is pure umami so use it like you would do meat in its replacement)
I'm sure there are more ingredients for the
umami taste, but the recipes with those three are endless. Going vegan isn't hard but it's not necessary either so don't give up meat unless you're allergic otherwise you'll miss out on many vital vitamins and minerals.
