Don't let that racist stuff bother you. Reddit is a goldmine of information.
You can also interact and learn from people that maybe wouldn't deal with you if they knew you're race.

Just like how culture vultures swoop in and take take take from the African American community, and then go back to their own community, I suggest this is how to approach reddit.

Since finding the coli I can actually enjoy reddit more. Just pop in and visit a few different subreddits and go home to the coli.
