You may not realize how uncomfortable she may have been. My boy just got fired (technically he resigned) literally a month and some change ago for sexual harassment(unwanted contact).

He gave a female coworker a side hug and she smiled and giggled (it was around everyone). No one even knew there was a problem until we all got pulled in the office and interviewed. She didn't come to work for about a week and he had resigned by then.
