All these black people I'm seeing in these clips look hella "off".

Outright just threadbare and vagrant looking, which makes sense due to the proliferation of mentally ill homeless people.

Except for the breh that beat up on the Asian guy walking his kid in a stroller. That breh looked normal, so eff him.
