I see it as we are all one (spirit, energy, source, consciousness). But our physical bodies are just vessels so that we can experience life through a different perspective. Kind of like how God created Jesus so that he could live as a human and understand and be understood on the same level.

So when you die, you lose your connection with your physical form and return to the source.

Like, if I were to take air, and put it in a bottle, a balloon, a tire, etc. but once the body breaks or wears down, the air returns to the atmosphere.
