We were previously asked to apply “respek” upon Russell Wilson’s name.
Logically, many asked why.
Russell Wilson is on the downside of an okay career, but he was at that point having a Bubby Brister moment albeit
for a team everyone knew shalt not pass.

And now that the other Pennsylvania QB has won the Super Bowl (again), some might dare call him
”Young Russell Wilson”. How dat do? If that is really so? Then…

It’s either:

Jalen Hurts is underrated.
How do you win two Super Bowls and still be underrated?
I mean, you don’t hear Jalen mentioned with the other Young Guns - Allen, Lamar, Burrow - why is that?

OR

Russell Wilson is overrated.
If you win more Super Bowls than Russ, but “they” say he is your final form - who is better?

All those young guns you mentioned play in the AFC and have to go through one or another to get to the playoffs and Superbowl. It's a dogfight over there compared to the NFC which has a lot of mediocre QBs. There's no QBs in the NFC where if you go for a championship you know you'll most likely run into them at some point. Baker? maybe,Daniels? maybe, Purdy? maybe. Love? maybe. The competition level isn't consistent enough in the NFC. I wouldn't call him overrated or underrated but I wouldn't bet on him in a passing shootout with any of those AFC young guns.

Russ is only your final form of you're under 6 feet tall. I wouldn't call him overrated but when Denver wanted him, Seattle had no problem letting go of a two time Superbowl winning QB and that says something.
