my quote + an old quote

You know what's funny about that quote is that I already replied to it, but I guess your habit of repeating your "important points" over and over must make you even more likable in real life than I am. :mjpls:

Not an important point, just figuring out what makes you so annoying :mjpls:

I just got out of college and honestly as long as you don't go to a ridiculous state school or private school spending 35K+ a year on an art degree, the debt is not THAT terrible. A lot of times they offer a ton of grants and you can always do work study and pay for your school as you go through.
:yeshrug:

I think its important to not downplay the experience. :jawalrus:

I'm not trying to sound self deprecating but I was sheltered before I can to school and I was one of those smart dumb nikkas who never really ventured outside of his town much. I probably would have thought the militant BS threads that always show up on this site are actually valid but I learned how to think. I became a lot more confident in my abilities, I got to see how different people live, what I want out of life, what I don't want, what things I support and what I find to be complete bullshyt. I met people from all over, forged connections, fooled around with girls, chopped it up with close buddies, learned from professors who went to Harvard while reading everything about everything.

While you can do this for cheap and it may not seem important to you now but please understand that college is pretty much the only point in life where you will have almost 100% independence and you have no real responsibilites for 4 years outside of learning your "craft" or major and figuring yourself out. There was a reason why college was created.

Ya'll nikkas need to step your game up and get on that higher plane of thinking up there with Socrates and Plato. School is only a drug fueled party if you treat it as such!:pachaha:

I would assume that even when you go to college for the experience you still wouldn't be playing around but so much or eventually you would be out the door anyways.

There's a line, just don't be a complete idiot. Most colleges (that I know of) have a minimum GPA of 2.0, unless your major is Engineering/Biology or one of those other crazy ones, you should have a relatively easy time keeping it above that. :ehh:

if my kids work hard and get good grades. you think they gonna wanna go to a community college?? hell no. its too many options out there for your kid not to go to a 4 year school. hbcu's are less expensive. actually i would love for my kids to go to a hbcu but thats just me. i mean you got scholarships, grants, financial aid. as a parent, you need to step your game up and work hard so your straight a student kids dont have to go to a community college.

fact:if u dont get p*ssy in high school, u probably wont in college unless you change your ways. same with partying, i thought id get to college an have a bunch of drugs an p*ssy thrown at me but not going to a big school thats not how it goes unless you go out and meet people. I didnt even have a shrooms/acid plug in a school where that shyt circulates hard as shyt. learned a lot about myself though, i dont need to be going to parties potentially getting a chick pregnant, i want stable and deep relationships not one night stands

I heard Organic Chemistry is a bytch, every bio major you'll ever meet says it, and I think you have to do Orgo 1 and Orgo 2. You know it's hard as fukk when people OUTSIDE the major have heard how hard it is :heh:

its not too bad you just gotta really internalize the way organic compounds are structured and remember shyt basically like regular chemistry.
