The biggest Problem with this site and Americans in general is that when presented with numbers and facts they will Outright reject it if it doesn’t fit the world view or propagandized view they’ve already bought into.

All this data is invalid because covid messed up immigration and tourism for 3 years straight. Trump is guilty of a lot of things, but this isnt due to him. Keep in mind most immigrants arrive on airplanes , not the border.

there are other places in the world MORE people are immigrating to, just because you still have peopel coming to America does not mean immigration is DECREASING

I'm an immigrant myself, among immigrant circles US is not as attractive as it used to be, Australia is the only english speaking country that is somewhat attractive. Alot of immigrants spread out now among Europe , Latin America, middle east, and even Africa

It’s really tough to say if this will affect anything at all in the future. 20 years from now we will probably start to see the first robots joining the work force.

Robots mowing lawns, delivering packages maybe small office task, etc.

So theoretically we could be in some utopia of not actually having to work, removing the concept of money.

Once we get to this point in another 200 years. Living in say a warm climate on a tropical beach would be ideal. Rather than living in cold dreary New York City or say cold ass Alaska.
