I think there will be a war on heroin, which would happen regardless of who is president. I think the low hanging fruit would be marijuana users but half the nation is legal in some way or another so that aspect of the drug war is eliminated. We don't really have a crack epidemic or anything thats specifically targeting minorities so I'd imagine it'll be a bit different than the past wars. Obama started the trend of releasing non-violent drug offenders and I think that'll stick especially if people believe the narrative that white people care about drug abuse now that all their precious snowflakes are doing heroin now.
I agree with the voting rights. Thats certainly a negative. On the flip side, both parties can redistrict and angle for more powerful votes. Just because the Dem's may be losing now does not mean that will be the case going forward.
I don't see anyone repealing the civil rights act.
