Our demon king return.........hopefully he can stay the fukk away from Seth Rollins,or if he has to work him,just sit in a chinlock for 10 minutes so that bum can't fukk up again

I don't hate Balor but I really want to see him switch it up when he wears the paint ala Muta

Even when Liger became Kishin Liger he tried to stab Muta in the head:heh:

It would make immediate noob sense to book Goldberg with the title.
Yet unless Goldberg is willing to actually have a real title run after mania and Brock is willing to be about the chase actively.

I don't think this will happen because Goldberg has no upside to win the title after mania and i doubt they run with a lesnar title hostage angle with lesnar after mania either.
As they need a credible long term workrate entertainment based draw for the beginning of what we can call the beginning of the WWE regular season. A regular season that occurs from now to the summer and then shifts gears into the setup for mania season coming full circle to where we are now in the heat of mania season.
directly after mania with the WWE regular season rolling into and before the summer, this year.
I don't see them beginning the mythos of a new title and wing that Steph is running having a title.
that is not built up in perception as better than the real WWE title featured on smack down.

So right now, I believe Owens actually keeps this title somehow going into mania.
Where we may actually get the surprise bf return of the demon.
As that makes more sense in the mythos of this title from the beginning.

As you can not downgrade the demon from immediate big time title contention return.
As it downgrades the perception of the title if you decided to strap up Brock or Goldberg.
Plus you know from doengrading two Indy style workers from me to non-me and big event status that you ruin their draw ala how they did Bryan and Rollins in just their immediate return.
If you strap up Brock and goldberg the title will not actively have defenses.
That showcase and give cred to a new virgin title created out of the ahem, universe.

So right now, I think it makes logical sense to have Owens beat Goldberg even in legacy and mythos of grappler perception.
As you have to deconstruct Goldberg in mythos internally and in public immediate perception and let Owens defeat Goldberg.
As you have to normalize goldberg's draw after beating the actual real credible mma champion Brock in squash like fashion.
Plus you have to normalize Goldberg via Brock because Goldberg squashed your own creation and intellectual property in Brock.
So you have to create or employ the antithesis of both Goldberg and brock with Owens and then the cartoon kayfabe based reality of the demon.
Which keeps kayfabe intact via public perception in this day and age of new media based transparency.
