Only thing I hate is Maxine waters or these other black politicians running they mouth when they know the law and what could have happened if the judge was a fukk up judge

She should’ve said that after there was already a verdict wishing he was found guilty or whatever..

Even though she may not have meant any harm, it’s a story the mass media and the white supremacists are running with now for any out to get a mistrial or a chauvin acquittal with a sitting Congresswoman saying something like that.

everything starts over clean. whatever the issue was that was raised on appeal, the case is sent back to trial court to start over with an instruction to fix/avoid that issue.

They’re discussing the Maxine Waters comments rn, they’re saying it most likely doesn’t mean anything. She had no effect on the case and legally nothing can happen unless a juror literally steps out of the room and says their judgment was swayed by her specific comment.

A prosecutor is saying that if he was serious about it - he would’ve brought it up the beginning of the day.

They’re also saying that the judge is biased as fukk. And shouldn’t have even entertained the Maxine waters comment.
