A RICO case where he’s the sole defendant… no one else who allegedly helped operate this so-called enterprise was worth being named as a defendant… that’s why I think these charges are sus. Even Epstein’s big titty wife got hit with charges

RICO in this case means that Puff used his influence and power to commit crimes through his businesses as a "criminal enterprise".

They said his employees were used to help him commit these crimes. Some of those same people have written testimony against him saying they were forced to do certain things against their will. So the Feds are saying that because of the way this was structured and carried out, those criminal activities were done under the umbrella of the enterprise. That's how these dudes in the RICO cases get wrapped up.

I think he may beat some but not all. He won't do the time i initially thought he would be doing

Nah this freak off situation is the warm up. He has about 50 R charges yet. You get 4-19 years for one. Throw in forced consumption of drugs. He is getting the chair.
