Not likely. They’re not going to want to waste their resources on it after losing the big case and he can fight those comfortably outside of prison. Moreover, there’s a lot of plausible deniability he can fight that with. Prosecutors don’t bring what they think is their weakest case for first. If they thought they had him dead to rights on that, they would’ve charged him on those too from the jump. Who was the last celebrity you saw go down on charges like that of his caliber? I’m not speculating - I am telling you as a member of the bar with over a dozen friends who are AUSAs and DAs. Moreover, the US Attorney who greenlit it is no longer in charge after Trump came into power. The Republican replacing him won’t be out there going after Trump’s friend without a greenlight.
It’s not impossible but it’s not probable. Diddy gets off from this he’s likely only dealing with civil suits going forward unless they come after him under the state RICO statutes. And I’d have to look at the parameters around that before offering any sort of assessment.
