Combs' Westmoreland: You sued for money, right?
Dawn Richard: For justice.
Westmoreland: But the suit asks for money, right?
Dawn Richard: Yes.
Westmoreland: No further questions.

Attacking Dawn's civil suit and reaching out to diddy doesnt hurt the prosecution. She was called to talk about the abuse she witnessed that Cassie endured. Before you dikk riders go "this isnt a dv case", they saying all the abuse was in furtherance of the FO/sex trafficking.

I imagine the defense gonna go the "she took a settlement from cassie/diddy" route with her.

It's funny seeing people weigh the ethics of everyone involved. These are all opportunistic people with dirt on them - but who did they all answer to and who did they ultimately fear? What power did they have without him?

Could they have been replaced with some other opportunistic young girl? And weren't they?

They don't need to be angels to tell the story of what happened. He is on trial, not them lol

This case ain't trying to solve societal issues about power and sex. It's about Puff being a piece of shyt

“puff being a piece of shyt”=/= Rico the rest of his life in jail.

I think is the debate.

To be honest, until i just posted that i was on the side of “no RICO”

But when you think about the life he has lived, and all the people he’s fukked over to exist in the life he’s existing in………. I can’t think of any good reason he should be let out of jail to continue that life :patrice:

Lock him up i guess :takedat:
